Online Applications must be received by May 1, 2008 and payment of the entry fee of $525 (US) per U-13 to U-16 team, $475 (US) per U12 8v8, and $475 (US) per U-10 and U11 7v7 teams must be received by May 1st before acceptances can be posted. Applications received past that date will be placed on a waiting list. FAX applications will not be accepted.
